 Education & Training

The Club supported education and training programmes to give people more opportunities to develop their full potential

  • funded projects for various subvented or private institutes for the construction of campus or student facilities, such as The University of Hong Kong’s Jockey Club Tower, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s Jockey Club Innovation Tower, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology’s Jockey Club Institute for Advanced Study, the Open University of Hong Kong’s Jubilee College on Jockey Club Campus, Hong Kong College of Technology’s Jockey Club Ma On Shan Campus, The University of Hong Kong’s Jockey Club Student Villages, Chu Hai College of Higher Education’s Jockey Club Academic Tower, Hang Seng Management College’s Jockey Club Student Hostel (working name)

  • funded educational institutions in organising various pioneer projects, such as the Jockey Club Innovation Tower, the Jockey Club Community Healthcare Education Programme and etc

  • launched the Hong Kong Jockey Club Scholarship Scheme, and has provided scholarships for more than 400 local and Mainland students pursuing tertiary education at local universities and institutions
